MEET PROGRAM

Heat Sheets will be made available for the 4x200, 400, 4x100, & 200 will be posted by Thursday, June 4th. 
Heat Sheets for the Belmont Mile will be posted by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 5th.

TIME
Athletes must check in with the Corporate Games staff at the check-in table prior to the event. Running events: Athletes can begin checking in at 4:30 pm at the hip number table.
Field events: Athletes will check in at the respective field event around 15 minutes before their division-specific start time for that field event.

We encourage Corporate Games participants to stick around and watch the remaining races the rest of the evening. 


TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS - Rolling Schedule
*These events are races. Participants must attempt to run the majority of the event distance. We understand participants may need to walk portions of their respective races.

Field Events will start at 5:00 pm as follows: 
Long Jump 
Shot Put

Running Events will start at 5:15 pm as follows:

Coed 4x200m relay 
400m run 
Coed 4x100m relay
200m dash

7:00 pm
Corporate Games/Belmont Mile (Rolling Schedule based on seed time)
Coed 4x400m Relay ( Will take place at the conclusion of the community heats, prior to the elite races.)

The Bell Lap
Winners of each heat throughout the event will be invited to the final event of the night. A race that will be handicapped based on your finishing mile time. The winner of each heat will be assigned a starting location by the Belmont Mile Meet Director. Corporate Games participants will be included in the invitation to this race. 



*An estimated time schedule will be posted at a later date. 

ROSTER LIMIT
Companies are limited to two men and two women per age group per event.  Relays are coed, and companies are limited to one team per relay event. 
 
COMPANY ROSTER INFORMATION
If you would like to participate, make sure you declare interest in Corporate Games Manager so your company admin knows you are interested when selecting participants. Company Administrators must enter all participants in athletic.net by 5:00 pm on June 2. No late or on-site entries will be accepted!! 

ELIGIBILITY
Quad Cities Corporate Games participants must be regular employees (full or part-time), interns, or retirees of companies registered for the Quad Cities Corporate Games.  Family and friends (Non-QCCG participants) who wish to compete may register and pay through the Belmont Track Club using the same registration link. CLICK HERE for more information.  Non-QCCG participants do not count towards company points.
